After initial training at Ecole hôtelière de la Chaise-Dieu, Alain Beaudoux worked in large houses in Europe until his footsteps took him to Pierre and Michel Troisgros.

Today, at the Pont de Raffiny, Alain invites you to combine originality and creativity in the service of promoting regional products.
In the fall, game (deer, wild boar, etc.) is given pride of place.

a very beautiful room recently renovated with indoor fountain and large fireplace is available.

our room decorated with original stained glass can accommodate up to 45 people and be reserved for you
